- Digital Products (Software & Downloads)
Refunds for digital products are available only in cases where there is a verified technical issue that cannot be resolved.
Requests for refunds must be submitted within 7 days of purchase, and we reserve the right to assess each case individually.
Please note that refunds will not be issued for change of mind, accidental purchases, or misuse. - On-Demand Services
Due to the time and resources involved in providing personalized services, refunds for on-demand services are not available once work has begun. If you are unsatisfied with the service, please contact us, and we will do our best to address any concerns. - Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at refund@akdevelopment.io with your order details and a description of the issue.
We will review and respond to your request within 3 business days.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
- Several types of digital products are exempt from being returned.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
